UV/EB Curing Hot Melt Adhesive

Product Introduction

UV/EB curing hot melt adhesive is directly coated on the substrate, and various pressure sensitive adhesive products can be prepared after radiation curing. Many intermediate steps of traditional heat curing pressure sensitive adhesive coating can be omitted.

UV/EB curing hot melt adhesives can be cured by polymerizing monomers to cross-link through radiation free radicals, which can further improve the comprehensive properties of cured pressure sensitive adhesives.

This product has the characteristics of no volatile components, no solvent, 100% solid content, extremely fast radiation curing speed, low VOCs, low energy, excellent high (low) temperature resistance, no skin irritation and so on.

This product is mainly used for PVC, PET, double-sided, paper-based, cloth-based adhesive tapes, etc.
