EB Curing Hot Melt Adhesive Tape Coater is mainly used for coating cloth-based automotive wiring harness tape. Its main components are composed of electron gun, accelerator, focusing and titanium window system. The electron gun emits a large number of electrons, which are accelerated by the high voltage electric field of 100-300 kv composed of anode and cathode, so as to form an electron beam. The electron beam passes through the vacuum and titanium window and radiates on the hot melt adhesive, which makes the hot melt adhesive cross-link and cure quickly.
