Hebei Youyigu Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Youyigu), formerly known as Huaxia Technology (CHT), has developed and produced UV curing (referred to as UV) hot melt adhesives, electron beam curing (EB) hot melt adhesives, and their coating equipment after years of dedicated research. Youyigu has a research and development base and equipment manufacturing factory in the Zhuozhou High tech Zone of Hebei Province, and has built a high-performance UV/EB curing hot melt adhesive project with an annual production capacity of 50000 tons in the Cangzhou National Chemical Park.

UV/EB cured hot melt adhesive has high peel strength, high adhesion, good weather resistance, and wide applicability. It can replace more traditional heat cured pressure sensitive adhesives for various substrates.
The UV/EB curing hot melt adhesive coating equipment adopts mature and reliable radiation curing technology. Its basic principle is to use ultraviolet light sources or accelerated high-energy electrons to quickly cure the resin system, which can usually complete the curing process within a few milliseconds。
